Service Events

Giving back is a simple concept that the brothers of KDR take to a whole new level. Whether the task is raising money for a philanthropy or volunteering our time to help the community, we are always eager to sign up. We actively participate in other Greek philanthropy events which can be found in the list below. The goal of each of these events is to raise as much money as possible. A combination of competition and desire to do good drive our brothers to donate, all while having a great time.

Our national philanthropy is KDR Kids which is a program designed to give more freedom to local chapters. This program is made up of numerous charities that give back to children in one way or another. Currently, we are planning our own event that will raise money to be donated to one of these organizations. Stay tuned for more details regarding the event.

Giving back is not only about donating money. Brothers are often found helping others around the community. In fact on a weekly basis we make a trip to Gilbert Linkous elementary school to help students with their homework. We are joined by the sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha. The kids are a blast to hang out with and enjoy joking around while getting their work done. Other community service activities include visiting retirement homes in the area and assisting locals around their property.

As you can tell, KDR is serious when it comes to helping out others. Following our motto, Honor Super Omnia, we know that being involved in service is the honorable thing to do.
